ESQAP (“we”, “us”) operates esqap.com. The service is provided by [legal entity name and registered address]. You can reach us at support@esqap.com.

ESQAP helps you find flights, stays, transport and experiences, and helps you plan a trip. You can search directly or describe your trip and let AI turn it into a search.

We do not sell travel. We do not hold inventory, take payment, issue tickets, or act as agent for any travel provider. Every booking you make is a contract between you and that provider, on their site and under their terms.

We may earn a commission when you book through our links. Booking and payment are handled by the provider.

In plain terms: some links on this site carry a tracking identifier that tells the provider we sent you. If you book, the provider may pay us a commission. You pay the provider’s own price — being referred by us does not add a fee, and we do not mark prices up.

The identifier we attach is random and specific to the click. It does not carry your name, email, or account details.

We do not publish prices, availability, ratings or discounts that a provider has not authorised us to show, and we do not describe a single provider’s results as a comparison.

Some features need an account. You agree to give accurate details, to keep your password secure, and to tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission. You are responsible for activity under your account.

You may delete your account at any time by emailing support@esqap.com. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms.

You agree not to:

• scrape, crawl or bulk-download the service, or use it to build a competing dataset;
• interfere with the service, probe it for vulnerabilities, or attempt to bypass rate limits or access controls;
• misuse the AI features to generate unlawful content, or to submit other people’s personal information;
• misrepresent your relationship with us, or use our name or marks without permission.

Our planning features use a third-party AI model. AI output is a suggestion, not advice, and can be wrong. It never constitutes a booking, a reservation, a hold, or a confirmation of price or availability — only a travel provider can confirm any of those.

Anything you type into the planner is sent to our AI provider to process. Do not enter information you would not want shared with a third party. Our Privacy Policy names that provider.

Once you follow a link to a travel provider, you are on their site and their terms and privacy policy apply, not ours. We are not responsible for their prices, availability, content, cancellation rules, refunds, service, or for any booking they do or do not honour.

Provider information on our site may be out of date or incomplete. Always check the details on the provider’s own site before you pay.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or withdraw features. Categories may show no results where no provider is connected for that route or destination.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, bookings, data or travel arrangements, arising from your use of the service or from any booking made with a provider.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Where liability can be limited, our total liability is limited to [liability cap — e.g. GBP 100, or commission received in the prior 12 months].

If you are a consumer, you keep your statutory rights and nothing here takes them away.

The ESQAP name, logo, and the site’s design and content are ours. Provider names and marks belong to those providers and are used to identify them.

We may update these terms. The date above shows when they last changed, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. For material changes we will make a reasonable effort to tell account holders.

These terms are governed by the laws of [governing jurisdiction — e.g. England and Wales], and the courts of [jurisdiction for disputes] have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers may bring proceedings in their country of residence where local law requires.
